All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the same 123myr member. Third-party deposits — including those from family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned or held pending verification.
123myr is not liable for any delays caused by payment providers or financial institutions. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact 123myr live chat support with proof of transaction for prompt resolution.
Members may withdraw their 123myr account balance to a local Malaysian bank account registered in their own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request. The standard processing period is 5 to 30 minutes during office hours and up to 2 hours on weekends and evenings.
Withdrawals can be made to Malaysian bank accounts including Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank, Bank Islam, Bank Rakyat, OCBC Malaysia, Standard Chartered Malaysia, and other local banks listed in the 123myr system.
Balances containing bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering (rollover) requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms have been fully met. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or an incorrectly credited result caused by a software malfunction, 123myr reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and refund the wagered amount.
